Co-op Students

Although we have cancelled our co-op program, TBB is still proud to have been the first charitable organization with full co-op employer privileges for the University of Waterloo. Each term, these co-op students brought new ideas and excitement to the organization, pushing us to strive for more. We appreciate all of the co-op students who have worked for us, and this page is dedicated to them.

MEMORABLE MOMENTS

In 2013, TBB was chosen to be a recipient of the Top Employer Award from the University of Waterloo for her dedication to their co-operative education program and support for hiring first-time co-op students.

In the same year, TBB started her Exam Cram program, partnering with the Cambridge Libraries first and later on with Kitchener Public Library and now the University of Waterloo.

Alice, Lisa, Nina, and Naomi helped organize and participated in the June 2014 Exam Cram

For a year and a half, TBB’s co-op students also participated in the Mastering Math program at Rockway Mennonite Collegiate, where tutors would help students struggling in Math and Science after school.

Our co-op students were also strong and active participants in our Marketing Department. They went to numerous volunteer fairs across Waterloo Region to promote our charity.

Our co-op students have been a blast to work with, and we are happy to report that they are now doing well in their academics and careers. We will never forget our time with them, and we want to offer them our gratitude for sharing our passion for education with our community. Thank you!
